Payment Policy

Last updated: 26 January 2026. This policy explains our billing, subscription, and refund terms.

Payment Summary

Imagee uses iiniit's Central Billing System for all billing and subscription management. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be canceled at any time. You may request a refund within 7 days of subscription purchase or renewal. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable, but access remains until the end of the billing period. Additional credit pack purchases are non-refundable once credited.

In some cases, refunds may be partial depending on usage, processing fees, or other applicable charges.

1. iiniit Central Billing System
  • Imagee uses iiniit's Central Billing System, a unified payment and subscription management platform for all iiniit products and services.
  • All billing operations—including subscription management, payment processing, invoice history, and refund requests—are handled through the iiniit Billing Portal.
  • To manage your subscription, update payment methods, view invoices, or request cancellations, visit your iiniit account dashboard at billing.iiniit.com or access it through your Imagee account settings.
  • Your iiniit account serves as a single sign-on for billing across all iiniit products. If you use multiple iiniit services, you can manage all subscriptions from one central location.
  • The Central Billing System ensures consistent payment processing, security standards, and customer support across all iiniit products.
2. Payment Methods
  • Through iiniit's Central Billing System, Imagee accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), debit cards, and other payment methods as available.
  • All payments are processed securely through PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete billing information and to update it promptly if it changes.
  • Payment processing may be subject to verification and authorization by your card issuer or bank.
  • Additional payment methods such as PayPal, bank transfers, or local payment options may be available depending on your region.
3. Pricing and Currency
  • All prices displayed on Imagee are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.), which will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal period.
  • Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes are subject to their specific terms and expiration dates.

4. Subscription Plans
  • Imagee offers subscription plans that provide monthly credit allocations and access to premium features.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected) and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
  • Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and continues until canceled.
  • You can view your current subscription status, billing history, and next renewal date through the iiniit Billing Portal or your Imagee account dashboard.
  • Subscription credits are allocated at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused credits may or may not roll over depending on your specific plan terms.
  • Downgrading your subscription plan will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan benefits until then.
  • Upgrading your subscription plan takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing cycle.
5. Credit Purchases
  • In addition to subscription plans, you can purchase additional credit packs to supplement your credit balance.
  • Credit pack purchases are one-time transactions and are non-refundable once the credits have been added to your account.
  • Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active, unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase.
  • Credits are consumed based on the AI tools you use. Credit consumption rates for each tool are displayed on our pricing page and within the application.
  • Free plan credits provided to users are non-transferable, subject to monthly reset, and cannot be converted to cash or refunded.
6. Subscription Cancellation
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the iiniit Billing Portal, your Imagee account settings, or by contacting our support team at [email protected].
  • When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent periods.
  • After cancellation takes effect, your account will revert to a free tier with limited features. Your processing history and account data will be retained according to our data retention policy.
  • If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase or a renewal charge, you may be eligible for a refund as described in our Refund Policy below.
  • Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, please submit a separate account deletion request.
7. Refund Policy
  • 7-Day Refund Window: You may request a refund of your subscription payment if you cancel within 7 days of the subscription purchase or a renewal charge. You can request a refund directly from the iiniit Billing Portal or by contacting support at [email protected].
  • After 7 Days: Once the 7-day refund window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable. You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of your billing period.
  • Credit Pack Purchases: Purchased credit packs (additional credits beyond your subscription allocation) are non-refundable once the credits have been credited to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods or partially consumed credit packs.
  • Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of significant service outages, billing errors, or other exceptional circumstances caused by Imagee, we may offer refunds or credits at our discretion.
  • Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We encourage you to contact our support team first to resolve any billing concerns.
8. Free Plan
  • Imagee offers a free plan that provides limited credits and access to basic features at no cost.
  • Free plan credits reset on a monthly basis according to the free plan allocation.
  • Free plan credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash or carried over beyond the reset period.
  • We reserve the right to modify the free plan's credit allocation, features, or availability at any time without prior notice.
  • Abuse of the free plan (such as creating multiple accounts to accumulate free credits) may result in account termination.
  • To access additional credits and premium features, you can upgrade to a paid subscription plan at any time.
9. Failed Payments
  • If a scheduled payment fails, we will notify you via email and may attempt to process the payment again.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your payment information is current and that sufficient funds are available.
  • Continued payment failures may result in suspension of your subscription benefits and access to premium features.
  • If payment issues are not resolved within a grace period (typically 7–14 days), your subscription may be canceled and reverted to free tier access.
  • Reactivating a canceled subscription may require a new subscription purchase at current pricing.
  • You can update your payment information anytime through the iiniit Billing Portal.
10. Taxes
  • Prices displayed on Imagee may not include applicable taxes.
  • You are responsible for paying all taxes associated with your purchases, including VAT, GST, sales tax, and withholding taxes.
  • Taxes will be calculated based on your billing address and added to your invoice at checkout.
  • If you are exempt from certain taxes, please contact support with valid documentation before making a purchase.
11. Billing Disputes
  • If you believe there is an error on your bill or have questions about a charge, contact support within 30 days of the charge.
  • We will investigate billing disputes promptly and work with you to resolve any errors.
  • Please provide your account email, transaction date, amount, and a description of the issue.
  • Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in account suspension.
  • You can view your complete billing history through the iiniit Billing Portal.
12. Changes to Payment Policy
  • We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time.
  • For material changes affecting your billing or refund rights, we will provide notice via email or within the Imagee platform.
  • Your continued use of Imagee after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
  • We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
